How to become a "Public speaker".

                                         Speaking before the audience who are tones was the real challenge I had faced in my life. I tried multiple books that deals with this specific area to counter my challenge and consulted some of the best advisers of the time who were really good in this but, unfortunately none of them could help me to upgrade from my initial level to a standard one because I already had the apatite to speak before hand picking audiences and I needed something more.

The pattern or the method that I found helpful  to reach out to that stage of complete fear free and effective eye capturing will definitely help the beginners and also some of them who want to upgrade from their level to a level forward because I have already passed through both the stages.

 ·       Know your Taste:

                               

                               Knowing oneself is quite difficult than knowing about someone or something. Whole branch of conventional psychology deals with the area covering human spirit however things got changed in this branch today. The great philosophers and thinkers, Aristotle, Pluto and such, whose teachings are still concerned, had submitted to find the meaning of spirit. Knowing oneself can help us to choose what we need rather than what we witness, which is a key to success anyway. Students who try to study everything without an idea of why studying it; feel guiltiness at the end when they finally realize their mistake. When we know, knowing oneself is a very important and also difficult thing, the next question that flips in our mind is “how to know oneself”?

                               We can know ourselves, how we look physically looking to mirror but I’m not talking about that knowing which some may think. What I really mean from “knowing oneself” is to know your taste and preference. If you don’t know, your taste, in which you are good at, will help you find them through these methods.

1.   Asking others:

                     Ask someone who are close to you like friends or your parents who are best known as reflection. You can examine this method yourself trying to find out that one super quality of your friend and then you will understand how effective and real this method is.

2.   Do something :

                     When you physically practice many things you will get to know in which you are good analyzing each, but this will not give you quick result anyway the result will be accurate.

·       Upgrading the Taste:

                               Knowing your taste is fundamental after which you have to undertake several methods to refine it. Unless you upgrade your taste you will not be an expert, if you are not an expert then you are good for nothing. The reason we need to upgrade our appetite, in an upgrading process our idea will influence in making our talent more unique.

·       Knowing weakness:

                              Many might have question in their mind how this would help. Knowing weakness is to know your enemy, when you know your weakness you will be aware of him like you are of enemy. If you find it hard to know what your weaknesses are, you better follow the same suggested method that you applied to find your talent, asking someone.

·       Getting rid of it:

                             When you have found out your weaknesses, it is more important to get rid of it. If you have any problem in pronunciation of certain language, it is better not to start speaking on public without making it clear. Because it will increase the level of confidence to face huge crowd which is our main problem now and to which this paper is focusing.

                                These four things are important which will help us to be confident. When we are confident, automatically will be easy and constant flow of thoughts without any break down in the middle. After going through these steps there are some things on which you must concentrate to be an excellent speaker.

·       Know your audience:

                            It is very important to know the type of audience you are going to face. If you are not concentrating on this, your speech will be irrelevant sometimes. Some audience are like who stick on specific dates and others who want stories.

·       Uniqueness:

                            

                             Don’t always follow the same method to explain issues instead jump from one style to the other this will add to the beauty of your talk and imitators may find it hard to guess your style. This should be considered also when molding the topic to your expertise area, do it in different ways.

·       Request feedback:

                         

                                              This will help to fix the problem you have which your audience find odd and make your talk less effective. And along with that you can improve the good qualities that your audience find attractive in you.
